DESIGN PROCESS

Design work tends to be more strategically driven and therefore requires a series of steps to ensure the client gets exactly what they need to promote their business, product or service. Typically, the process follows the below steps:

Definition Phase

  • Review and discuss the project brief with the client.
  • Establish timelines and goals for critical dates of the project.
  • Determine the budget.
  • Review of the clients’ business plan and marketing strategy may be necessary.
  • Research and brainstorming.

Concept Phase

  • Sketch rough layouts.
  • Gather copy, photography, typography, diagrams, etc.
  • Build design concepts.
  • Design concepts presented to the client.
  • Evaluation and feedback.

Refinement Phase

  • Fine-tuning and revisions to design concepts.
  • Client liaison for proofreading and corrections.
  • Further refinement of design concepts for final approval.

Delivery Phase

  • After final approval is received, print ready files are produced for the client to print.
  • The client will receive the custom design concept upon receipt of final payment and project completion.
